Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal

Story: What are they doing this time around. Several different worlds have been invaded by this weird creatures who have tentacle eyes. Crazy I know, but its cool. It starts out with you finding the only person who has defeated Dr. nefarious, who is the guy who created these monsters. You go to this place where monkeys live and go to there leader and he's the guy who has defeated. Dr. Nefarious. It turns out to be Captain Qwark and you must help him regain his memory by getting vid-comics. There mini games that you plays as Qwark in a 2d side scroller game. Kind of fun, but it really just feels like they just added it in there. As he gets his memory back you from the Q-Force. Its a team of all his allies to stop Dr. Nefarious Gameplay: Well its all about the weapons. New weapons that are fun to use and are plentiful. The weapons are all different, and one of the cooler ones is the plasma whip. Nothing like going in a room with a ton of enemies and just slashing it around. Not to much has changed in the controls but the emphasis is all weapons in this one. I rarely used the wrench as I played because even if you ran out of ammo, there is plenty of those ammo boxes lying around. The game however is somewhat linear. You never really have to figure out where you have to go. The only challenging part in them is figuring how to keep going on in the mission. There are also bonus missions where you can play for more bolts. There mainly defend a base type of thing. Another cool thing in RAC3 is the vid-comics. Playing as Qwark in a 2d side scroller adventure. They have a hilarious story to them as well. You go through each level mainly just punching enemies and shooting them.

Graphics: They have done it again. Pushing the PS2 to its full potential. Great cartoony type graphics work well for this one. All the levels are nicely colored and great just to look at. Effects are great as well when causing millions of bad guys to explode. Sound: The voices are what makes this game what it is. Funny. There hilarious and not annoying to listen to like so many other games I have played out there. All the other sounds are great. No two guns sound alike and the reaction from each enemies gets it done. Online: I for one never expected a platformer type of game to go online. Well RAC3 proved me wrong. There are 3 different game modes involved. Capture the flag, death match and siege mode. There are two different teams, red and blue, and you battle each other. You can screw in nodes to capture a certain point. If you team has screwed in a node you can respawn there if you die. You can also can get vehicles for your team by screwing them in. There are two different vehicles, the turbo slider and the hover ship. Online is well done especially for a game I do not think many thought would be an online type of game.

Last Word: This is a must have game. Great single player and multiplayer fun. One thing great about this game is that it is funny and you do not see that in many games anymore. Fun for all ages!

	WEAPONS! So many of them to. have fun collecting and shooting them all.

	Cartoonish graphics are awesome. Fit the game perfectly.

	HAHAHA! The voices are to funny, in a good way. All the sound here works.
Depth: 9.5
	Single player will take up some of your time. Then once your done with that call up some friends and head online.
Overall: 9.7
