Godzilla is such a well know license, people who have never seen the movies know who and what he is, and even more what he does. DESTROY, he does it quiet well especially in Godzilla:saves the world. Like a Godzilla movies, the story is lame, but the destruction is top notch.
 

Save the earth in minutes:
Seriously its that easy to save the Earth. My biggest gripe with this game is it started off like there was a story behind the title and there were cut scenes to push it along. Tell you what, just name the game Godzilla: Destroy all monsters melee 2. That's all this game is, the story if your looking for one is only there to disappoint.

Swing your fist, tail, feet, and grab a building if your knuckles get sore:
Godzilla offers a fresh fighting game, and I mean fresh cause its not kungfu its not brawling. This is the only game out right now on xbox where you are pitting monsters together.

With that said, I love this games combat, although its a little stiff to begin with. If you can get that combo going, or toss a building at your opponent just before they use their special move, the excitement gets knocked up 130%.

Yah toss a building you heard me right, like its predicesor Godzilla: save the earth has fully destructible fight areas. Its a simple fighting game, a good pick up play game when you have friends over or possibly for the rare occasions where your GF will play games with you.

Online play :
Xbox live play is smooth and quick connecting, find a fight and get to it. Only problem is, you jump in you fight, and find another fight and another..... it gets boring pretty quick. I dont know why, like I said before its just missing something.

Gameplay: 8.5

Fun easy and simple beatdown with mutant 300 foot tall monsters. This is a great game for 4 player rumbles when friends drop by.

Graphics: 8.0

Have we seen this game before? It looks almost 95% just like the original Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee

Sound: 5.0

Bland and sometimes lifeless, there isnt enought roar into the mosters war cry. I would think these kinds of sounds would just strike an overwhelming sound of power, but hey what do I know I am just a consumer.

Depth: 6.0

Wait til its a 20$ bargain, and grab it cause itll be great to have when you are gaming one night with friends. If you have xbox live rent it, rip it up online, return.
